kgb-client software package provides client for KGB (IRC collaboration bot), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kgb-client
kgb-client is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kgb-client package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kgb-client *
You will get with kgb-client package name, version, architecture and description in a table
